Self Lovin with Aunty Robin
Let me, Aunty Robin guide you on a monthly podcast that uses neuroscience, psychology, witchcraft, and my spirit team of my highest good on a journey of healing, change and overcoming ones fears. After covid I started questioning my life and purpose and is this really it? The answer came to me in a class on How to Speak to you Ancestors and Spirit Guides with Isabeau Maxwell at Sage Method. After taking this class and the many dark nights of the soul clearing out the past and past traumas. I found out the 1 thing holding me back in life. ME! This class got me to question my beliefs. For did those beliefs come from me, or others and do I still believe them now? This is where my journey of self discovery began. Listening to my intuition and inner voice, not listening to the noise of the world and those closest to me. For my life requires me to make the best choices for myself. And you life requires that of you! Lets learn how to do this together and become the best version of ourselves that we can be.
